Location: Apart Hotel "LAPLANDIA" is located next to the ski slopes, 200 meters from the lift station "Studenets - Snezhanka peak" and on the main road Plovdiv - Smolyan.
Accommodation: The apart hotel was built in 2006, it offers a total of 72 rooms spread over 6 floors and served by two lifts. All apartments have a fireplace, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, some with shower. All apartments have a balcony or terrace, telephone, cable TV in each room. Heating and hot water are regulated individually. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances, including a refrigerator, electric stove with oven, microwave, toaster and kettle, washing machine. Besides the bedrooms, two additional sleeping places offer a sofa bed in the living room near the fireplace. The apartments have a fireplace, which is charged once with wood for a fee of 6 BGN (about 3 euro) .
Studio 2 + 1: Approximate area of 42 sq. m. Maximum occupancy 3 adults.
Apartment 2+2: Approximate 60 sq.m. Maximum occupancy 4 adults.
Apartment 4+2: Approximate area of 80 sq.m. Maximum occupancy of 6 adults.
Apartment 6+2: Approximate area of 120 sq.m. Maximum occupancy 8 adults.
Baby cot is provided with a preliminary request for payment of 5 BGN (about 2.50 euro) per day.
Pets are allowed on a preliminary charge for a fee of 5 BGN (about 2.50 euro) per day.
The hotel offers facilities for people with disabilities.
At guest's disposal: Restaurant with 64 seats on two levels, internet in the lobby, restaurant and reception, outdoor free parking. There is also a garage with 30 parking places for additional charge - 10 BGN (about 5 euro) a day. Shuttle to the center of the resort - for additional charge 3 BGN (about 1.50 euro) each way.
