Location: Located in the foothills of the Balkan Mountains, Festa Gardenia Hills is just 2 km from the center of Sunny Beach. The place is popular with the fresh air, which is due to the special current in this area. The complex was built in 2013 and began accepting guests in 2016. Bourgas Airport is 35 km and Nessebar - 8 km. The complex offers peace, quiet and beautiful sea views over the bay of Sunny Beach.
Accommodation: The complex consists of several buildings in traditional Bulgarian style 3 and 4 floors. Guests can choose between 34 studios, 15 apartments with two bedrooms and 55 one-bedroom. The rooms feature cleared furniture in bright colors. All are equipped with air conditioning, LED TVs with different channels and refrigerator. The bathrooms have a shower, WC and supplies. Safes are available at reception.

Our entertainment program promises a lot of variety and is offered for different age groups (3-6 years, 7-12 years, 12 +, adults). Our childcare philosophy is based on the idea of going "back to the roots". Bulgaria has a lot to offer, and we're more than happy to help our little guests experience it: Nature with fauna and flora, cultural treasures and exciting history.
For 3-6 year olds the emphasis is fun and play: building, painting, story time, children's games, puppet theatre, water games, and the children's disco.
For 7-12 year olds want adventure! Water games in the swimming pool, there's a mini Olympics and a thrilling treasure hunt!
Teens want action, sport and fun! Great music, sports, and water polo competitions. The holiday will definitely be cool!
For parents of children under 3 years we provide baby equipment - everything from changing mats to potties. A baby-sitting service is also available upon charge - pre-booking advised.
